  1. Price

    All prices include Swiss Value Added Tax.

  2. Delivery costs

    We charge a flat-rate delivery fee of EURO 6.00 or CHF 10.00. Additional costs, such as those for customs clearance or VAT, may be incurred and are borne by the customer.

  3. Payment terms

    We deliver our products exclusively in return for cash in advance. After placing your order, you will receive an invoice by e-mail, which you can pay by money transfer or by credit card by clicking on the PayPal Logo. The product will be delivered immediately following receipt of payment.

  4. Delivery times

    Allow at least 10 working days from the date of payment until receipt of the product. Longer delivery times are possible in the case of products that are sold out or in reproduction. Enquires may be made exclusively by telephone to our answer phone service on +41 43 541 12 77 or by e-mail to freestyle@e-merch.ch, stating your invoice and customer number.

  5. Reservation of ownership

    The products delivered remain the property of eMerchandising Arik Brueckner until all payments due in terms of the transaction between the customer and eMerchandising Arik Brueckner have been made in full.

  6. Complaints

    If the product delivered has any defect or if there is any other reason for complaint, please notify us by e-mail at the latest within 48 hours of receipt. We are unable to accept products that are returned to us without prepayment or comment. No liability is accepted for errors in images, texts or prices or delivery delays. We reserve the right to alter prices, models and availability.
